睡眠不足的影响!

Do you guys know that having insufficient sleep can eventually do harm to our health and may develop into serious problems in future if not taken seriously? A normal person will normally sleep for an average of 8 hours and more. But a person should at least catch 6 hours of sleep at most to prevent loss of concentration at work and health deterioration. Hence, sleep is very important in our life and we must treasure every moment that we had during our precious sleeping hour. For me, I had a true life experience when having insufficient sleep and the feeling is really unbearable. This whole entire week, almost everyday I had hardly a few hours of sleep and that is really doing bad to my health. As I have an important assignment that I am assigned to, I will have to sacrifice my sleeping time to finish this ''Mission Impossible''! Take for example for yesterday issue, I was planning to have a early and good night rest to regain my ''insufficient sleep'' for this whole entire week. But my assumption was wrong, I was being wake up almost every hourly and this cause my sleeping time to ''break''. When the sleeping time was ''break'', that means your sleeping time is greatly affected which is not good for your health. Recently, I heard from the web saying that having insuffient sleep (less than 8 hours) will cause a person to become stupid. Whether this is true or not, choose to believe it or not is really up to you!
