ANGER vs ME!
Have you ever wondered what is anger like? I guess everyone must have come across that in life. Anger can be classified under emotional and physical I guess and they can be quite serious if not handle properly. Anger can be expressed in many ways. For example, throwing things to let off your steam in mind or sometimes even self torturing if come to serious stage. Eventually, emotional anger can lead to physical anger. So we must take care of our own health and don't let these things ever happen on us! Whenever I am angry, I will express my feelings through blog, facebook and weibo. This really helps a lot in relieving anger in you and you will feel much better after that. Sometimes I will enclosed myself in the room alone having self reflection where the problem actually lies in and how could I find a way to solve it. Another best way to relieve my anger is to listen to music and letting my mind to relax. Playing games can also be one of the way to relieve anger too. My suggestion to everybody is do the thing that you want to do and let off all the frustrations out in your mind and you will be freed! :)
