I was having some splitting headache the last past few days. Maybe I was under a lot of stress that lead me to this problem. Taking painkiller doesn't work for me. One of the possible reason could be not having sufficient rest. I decided to take a good nap and it indeed got helped to reduce my headache problem. Sometimes there is also other problem that is obstructing my mind. But I told myself to relax and be happy not to think too much. In my point of view, I think that staying happy is the most important factor that lead to a more healthy lifestyle.
